Cuvée 910 is the domaine’s tribute to the wines made at the estate during the time of the Cluny monks; just over 1,000 years ago. A blend of all the varieties co-planted in the vineyards, which include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, and Pinot Fin (an old clone of Pinot Noir). The wine is vinified using semi-carbonic maceration. Only native yeasts are used to ferment and there are no additives and no added sulfites. After aging in tank for ten months, the wine is bottled unfiltered.
This is one of the most singular and historic wines in all of Burgundy.
