This Riesling is sourced from the Hillside Vineyard in the Colombia Gorge AVA. After picking, fruit is destemmed and left on its skins in open top fermenters for 15 days. A combination of pump overs and punch downs were employed early on and during peak fermentation. Once pressed, the juice was settled overnight and racked into neutral barrel where it remained on its fine lees until June. ABV 12.5%
