From 40 years old vines in these amphitheater blocks facing the Bolsena lake in the town of Gradoli. Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clémentine Bouveron own 14 hectares with promiscuous agriculture vines, olives tree, chestnuts tree, undergrowth, and secular trees. Whole bunches fermented for a couple of weeks in cement tanks followed by 2 years in puncheon barrels. Wildflowers, mint, sage, hints of balsamic support by a volatile acidity which bring acidity and lifted aroma.
