Vinification method: All grapes are handpicked and vinified in Noizay.
Grolleau gris, whole bunch, macerated for 6 days. Muscat Rouge pressed directly. Cabernet Sauvignon Maceration carbonique during 3 weeks.
Notes: Flowery light style red wine with a high drinkability level. Red fruit bouquet, fleshy, spicy and light tannins in finish that give structure to the wine.
