An astounding orange wine combining aromatics, tannic and fruit. The blend is 40% Gruner Veltliner, 40% Weissburgunder, 20% Sämling (the local name for Scheurebe). 8 weeks of maceration on the skins, fermenting with native yeasts to full dryness, further aging small used oak barrels. Certified biodynamic farming, no additives are used including no sulfur added. No fining or filtering, pours naturally hazy. Spicy with notes of pineapple and grapefruit, very good acidity with a mildly drying finish from the tannins -Kingston Wine Co.
